2、 Product Introduction
This machine adopts variable frequency speed regulation, and users can adjust the appropriate ironing speed according to the needs of different fabrics and ironing conditions. By using a drying cylinder to pass pressure steam or infrared electric heating of quartz tubes, the surface of the drum is heated, resulting in high thermal efficiency. This machine adopts a reducer for deceleration, with a high speed ratio, strong overload capacity, and low noise. Adopting chain transmission, it has a large load-bearing capacity. The fabric conveying system adopts wide webbing to avoid the difficult to solve swimming phenomenon of wide canvas in transmission. There is a certain speed difference between the rollers, and the ironing effect is good. The steam inlet of the drying cylinder is sealed with a rotary joint without air leakage, with a long service life. Our company has successfully developed four, five, and six roller ironing machines, and users can upgrade and transform the ironing machines according to specific circumstances. This series of models has options for steam heating, electric heating, and natural gas heating.
